Psychotherapy

Gosia offers psychotherapy to adults and couples on both a short-term and open-ended basis. Sessions are available in person in Wokingham or online, depending on your needs and preferences.

She works with people experiencing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties, including anxiety and depression, relationship and family challenges, work-related stress, identity and self-esteem issues, cultural transitions, illness, loss and bereavement, trauma, addiction, body image concerns, issues linked to eating, anger, and life-stage changes such as menopause.

Gosia also supports clients who are seeking personal growth, greater self-awareness, or a deeper sense of potential.

If you are unsure whether what you are struggling with fits into any particular category, you are welcome to get in touch — psychotherapy can be a space to explore whatever feels important for you.

Fees

  • Individual session: £70

  • Couple session: £80
